Volunteer for Generous Hands! It's lots of fun! If you would like to help, please email our coordinator and express your willingness.

Young Hands at work

Members of our community of all ages can get involved. Here are some examples of kids who are helping kids in need.

Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts: packing crews, inventory crew, food solicitations/donations, assembling hygiene kits and holiday treat bags, cookie donations

Sports teams (soccer, softball, rocket football: packing crews

Vicksburg High School National Honors Society students: help prepare and serve food at The Fall Extravaganza, cleaning crews, volunteer at The Strengthening Families event

Community Service: teens have completed service hours by volunteering with Generous Hands

Back to School Bonanza: kids volunteer serving food, painting faces, playing games, setup, cleanup and distributing supplies

Students from Sunset Lake Elementary 5th grade classes: packing crew, food donations

YMCA Youth Camp, church youth groups, Girls on the Run and many other kids!!
